400 in Budapest is a currently trending place in the Jewish quarter and very popular among young people and students. Located in the very well frequented Kazinczy street in the heart of Budapest 400 offers inside and outside sitting possibilities with fair prized drinks and reportedly good food. But not only during the nightlife hours this is a very popular spot but also during lunch time with a fantastic menu for only 890 HUF which is an unbeatable price in this location and for the quality served.
With live sports showing, not too loud music and comfortable places to sit 400 is a great bar to have a chat with friends over a few beers and meet people. Being pretty new with its opening in 2012 400 has already gathered a large amount of fans and satisfied customers and it is here to stay.
The kitchen in 400 has a Mediterranean kitchen with Serbian influences that’s how I would call it so from a steak to Pljeskavica you can get great dishes here. On top of a great dinner you can also enjoy continental breakfast in 400 which is open between 10.00 (not really morning anymore) and 02.00 Monday – Friday and 12.00 – 02.00 on Saturday and Sunday.
