Budapest Halfmarathon

Tomorrow the 23rd international Halfmarathon takes place in Budapest sponsored by Nike. The track will go right through the city center among the nicest sights in Budapest. The only little problem I see is the weather. It is so hot in Budapest at the moment that running a half marathon seems to be impossible for me. But I am not a very good runner anyways even though twice a week you will find me running on Margit Island.

The Budapest Marathon and the Halfmarathon are big events in Budapest. The Marathons can be run either individually or in pairs which makes the run much easier since it is more than 20km. During the race you will find musicians next to the track which is quiet funny for me as I have never seen this. The official reason for this is that running can be quiet boring.
