As an American ex-pat here for a long term assignments, this is one of my favorite places in the city. Hands down, the best cappuccino you will ever have. The food is very good as well. As for service, as Americans, we are used to a certain style of service that just doesn't exist here in Europe. The service at Cafe Anna is acceptable and so far, I've no trouble with any of my bills. I find this review to be not true at all.
