Rio in Budapest is an open air club that used to be at Petöfi híd on Buda side where also Zöld Pardon used to be. Both clubs needed to move so Zöld Pardon went to Lagymanyosi Bridge and Rio moved to Kopász Gát, a well visited green area in Budapest. Rio is a place for House and other electric music. As it is open air it is only open in summer of course. The style of Rio in Budapest is very cool. Simplicity rules the chairs, sofas and bars. Compared to Zöld Pardon Cafe del Rio is more expensive and more exclusive what does not mean that you don’t get in there but the people dress up more.
Rio offers dancing, drinking and relaxing at the same time. You can hang around in the back of Rio in comfortable couches, sit at the bar and take a drink and eat or dance to mostly house music. All that you can enjoy in fabulous atmosphere and decoration likes palm trees.
