White Angel Budapest

White Angel is the new name of some club near Hajógyári Sziget which is really massive but I forgot the name. It seems to me that after some years they just change the name of the club just to have a reason to make an opening party again and try to reach new people coming. Honestly this club is massive and hosts at least 2000 people there. They made this club wuite nice and modern which I don’t really like but I have to admit that it was good work they have done there.

Coming from the history of this club to the past and I have to say that this club is absolute scam. Mind you it was beginning of the season for them but let me tell you the story. We have been sitting in the VIP area including Whirlpool and all the stuff it was really nice. But what happend that made me and my friends really angry and made us leave immediately. We ordered a bottle of Bacardi (after they didn’t have Vodka and no Red Bull or any other energy drink) and the waiter came with an open Bacardi bottle and some glasses. As he went off to get the Coke we ordered next to it we realized that the bottle was open already and had a try of it. Instead of a bottle of real Bacardi they served us some cheap rum which they filled into an empty Bacardi bottle. When the guy came back he took the bottle and opened it as if it was closed and he would need a lot of power for it. As we said that he did not bring us real Bacardi he immediatly answered “OK, what would you like than” which was the proof that it is some cheap stuff in there. So we all stood up, complained and left the club to somewhere else.

The bad thing about it is that probably all guests that evening were drinking cheap Bacardi all night long and probably also other spirits which were not original. Of course on the menu they had all the nice brands and logos but I bet that they filled up every single bottle with cheap quality stuff and served that to probably 1000 people several times that evening.

According to this experience I really cannot recommend the club White Angel in Budapest if you don’t want to get blind. We headed over to Bed Beach than and we got good Vodka, good Red Bull and good service even though this isn’t my favourite club as well.

Dokk in Budapest is at Hajógyári sziget, the biggest island of Budapest. Most people say that at Dokk Club the most beautiful women of Budapest go to party. Maybe it’s true but one thing is for sure if you make party Dokk is a club you should not miss. As in many Clubs in Budapest Dokk Club has a lot of Go-Go girls and other goodies for the night. The prices of Dokk Budapest are not the cheapest but OK. So check out Dokk Club.

B7 in Budapest is a club for the younger, fashion styled audience. B7 plays most of the time chart music but what is very nice is the live sax going with the music sometimes. It sounds strange if you first listen but it’s an upgrade of the music. The audience in B7 Budapest is quiet young but feels much older. Usually the girls are dressed up a lot and the boys waving with money at them. For a party night B7 is a good place for haters of chart, dance, disco music it is not the right place to go.

Just like Dokk the club Bed in Budapest is well known for long excessive parties and a lot of beautiful girls. Bed is a very large club with a lot of people of different age groups but mainly I would say it’s the group of 18 – 30 year old people. Nevertheless the people in Bed Budapest know how to party. A large dancefloor offers everybody to dance. The beds around the place give a chance to relax as well as to sit, drink and show what you have…

But Bed in Budapest is a good adress specially for people who are on Stag night or just for a weekend.

The entrance fee for men is around 2000HUF (approximately 8 Euro) but you get valued tickets for consumption. Girls’ entrance is for free. Of course in clubs like Cuba Libre which cost a little more you have a lot of snobbish and well dressed people but if you don’t mind Cuba Libre in Budapest is a good place to go. If you need to relax from dancing just go outside and enjoy the view from the top of shopping center Mamut 2. 

Cuba Libre does not exist anymore. It is now called Tabu

Cafe del Rio offers dancing, drinking and relaxing at the same time. You can hang around in the back of Rio in comfortable couches, sit at the bar and take a drink and eat or dance to mostly house music. All that you can enjoy in fabulous atmosphere and decoration likes palm trees.
