European Poker Tour first time in Budapest
It’s time for the biggest Poker event in Budapest. For the first time the European Poker Tour will organize a Poker tournament in Budapest, sponsored by Pokerstars.com the worlds largest online poker site. Well if thats no news than what?
From October 28th till November 1st the EPT will be hosted at Las Vegas Casino in the famous Sofitel in Budapest so for 3 days the hotel will be all about Poker. To attend the tournament there are 2 possibilities: Play satellites for the EPT Hungarian open and win your seat. If you win one of the satellites you will win your buy-in of 4.350€, luxury hotel accomodation for the time of the tournament as well as 1000$ in cash for spendings. These satellites are open till mid October, so be quick. To buy-in direct you have to follow the instructions here.
That will be the hottest Poker event in Budapest for sure and as Pokerstars.com says themselves This is your chance to compete with the world’s greatest players in one of Europe’s most spectacular cities. Since I am not a regualar Poker player I don’t see a chance of winning one of the satellites and a buy-in of 4.350€ is quiet much so I will definetly not attend the tournament itself. But there is a possibility for the press to go there so maybe I will try that.
