Apartment Share in Budapest

Cheap alternative for students!

To share an apartment in Budapest can be very interesting for students abroad as well as students who come to Budapest for an internship. Sharing an apartment with people is a cheap alternative to an own apartment and can also be easier if someone else is the main hirer of the apartment.

Specially for young people apartment sharing is always an alternative during the studies or even while working.
Budapest has many apartments that are more or less perfect for living with 2 or 3 people in one apartment because they have a big living room and besides some smaller rooms. Of course not everybody likes to share his or her apartment and prefers an own apartment.

    Hey Marco,
    are you already in Budapest?
If so I would recommend you to go to the universities and check the classifieds. If not book an apartment for one month and while you live there you can look further.
The company you will work at can’t help you with that?
    Cheers

    Hi guys!
Sorry to intrude. I have an apt close to the center (CEU, subway etc) with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, furnished and fully equipped.

I had students in there who are moving out 1st September (mostly going abroad or getting married. I definitely prefer students (to the point of a discount). Let me know if your are interested. You can always ask the students about the kind of experience they had of the apt (and me).

Sorry again, I hope this does not count as spam. I just hope to find students before an office takes over.

    i Dear Students!
FLAT FOR RENT 4 rooms from 30th AUGUST
I’m Eva ( Ex student from Corvinus University Budapest). I have just finished the reconstruction of a 4 rooms (each of them separated entrances with lockable doors) apartman in the closest building to the University in Pipa street, just on the Fővám tér(squire). There are 2 bathrooms, marble floor and wall in it. It is furnished with a brand new elegant furniture(bad, desk chair and gardrobe with mirror) I CAN SEND PICTURES :-) . It is quiet, and civic flat with 4,1 m high walls and 64 cm wide walls, central heating. Fully equiped kichen (washing machine, ironing machine, microwave, toaster, coffemachine…..)

This building is the neighbor of the BIG MARKET HALL when you can find always the best fress foods in the city on a best price, and it’s athmosfere is uniqe.

It takes less than 1 minute to the river Danube, at the Szabadsag bridge, or if you cross the brige there is a thermal bath.

The other side of the square begans the pedestrian area of the city with shops, clubs and restaurants day and night.
The metro station only 3 minutes, but you can reach everything easily by walk…., so you can save 40 euro a month to by a monthly public transport pass.
Just write me if you are interested in.

    Hi guys,

We have several rooms/beds to rent out in the middle of the 7th district. Some are dormitory style and others single rooms. All are en suite.

They are part of a property that is used as a hostel in the summer, so there are always lots of international people around and there is also a bar on site.

If you are interested in renting a room please get in touch.

    Best regards, Lauren

Have your say!
