There are several “English ” bars in downtown Budapest where Hungarian girls go to meet with English speaking men. Just ask around where these bars are. Some are off VACI UTCA, the walking promenade downtown. Otherwise you are on your own. You can try to speak to any young woman anywhere and act lost, ask questions and let me tell you, acting macho is not the way to go.
