I am curious about studying abroad in Budapest however I am not fluent in hungarian. Does anyone know if there are any colleges or Universities that offer any classes in english and allow you to take beginning hungarian language classes? I would like to learn the language while taking other classes as well. Thanks.

Budapest is a great place to study! There are lots of Foreign Students at many of Hungary’s Universities.
Some courses require an excellent knowledge of Magyar (Hungarian), some don’t.
You should contact the Universities that have the course you are wanting, they will let you know if it is possible to study in your particular Language . English is a popular Language of study in Hungarian Universities , however, learning Hungarian is something very hard to avoid when living in a Hungarian speaking City/Town etc(usw).
You must spend a few hours on the Internet & Phone.
I hope this is of help to you!
