Video & DVD Rental
Get international movies!
In most DVD rentals you will find DVDs in Hungarian and English language with various subtitles. It is perfect for any Expat to rent a DVD. A bit harder it gets with VHS videos which are usually dubbed thus not watchable for people who don’t speak Hungarian.
You can find the most recent blockbusters as well as classics in nearly any DVD rental store. The prices for rental per day are around 300 to 400 Forint per day or per 24 hours which is not very expensive.
If you consider buying a DVD you will be surprised how cheap they can be. Usually you find hot offers for arounf 1000 Forint which is aound 4 Euro for a DVD. New movies come around 3000 or 12 Euro which is still not expensive.
Below you find a list of English video and DVD rentals but as I said all DVDs have the original language included as well so you can also go there.
