Dear Laslo I have a apartment in the centre of Budapest on the 3rd floor just off the Andrassy utca in the Theatre district On the ground floor is a small Match Super Market v ery convenient no doubt but at 03:00-04:00 in the morning the trucks come and unload the merchandise for the Super Market. They bring the merchandise on trollies through the communal courtyard creating lots of noise as they trundle over the uneven stone which obviously wakes the tenants of the 12 flats sharing this courtyard Is this legal at this time of day?
